Here is our beautiful baby! Neither quality was great when I scanned the pictures in. But you get the idea. The first one is in 3-D and the second is 2-D. Next month I go in for the 1 hour glucose test. I have failed twice in the past and had to take the 3 hour. Hopefully, I won't have to do that. I have a feeling the next few months will fly by.
After we receive the H1N1 vaccine today, we came home and played in the leaves. The darker pictures are because I have the sports setting on because they were moving so fast. What fun they had!
We decided to break the scooping out and carving of pumpkins into two nights. The pictures of the carved pumpkins are yet to come. I've also included videos of each child scooping. Joe really liked it the least.
I know that I am getting behind on the kids' yearly pictures. Joe is 2 and a half. So, we went to the park on Sunday and took some pictures. They were a little too washed by the sun, so we are going back tomorrow. But here are some of the better ones, I hope to get great ones tomorrow. It will be our last "warm" day of the season.
Well, despite my terrible cough and voice and the start of Ben's illness, we had a wonderful time in Galena. We even managed to get some school done. The kids love swimming and the fireplace. And they always look forward to the candy store. The added perk this time was Grandma and Papa coming and I appreciated that because of how I was feeling. The above picture is of the kids at a lookout on our way home. Hopefully on our next visit we all will be well.
We went on our yearly trip to the apple orchard for homeschooling. So, here are the tractor pictures and the pony pictures as well as some pony riding video.
The middle child celebrated her 4th birthday this August. She is growing up so quickly. She definitely was not lacking in the gift receiving department. She really want a Hello Kitty bubble blower and her brothers made sure she received one. She got a number of princess dolls and a Fancy Nancy sticker book and blanket that her grandma sewed for her. Dad was out of town for work so we went to Grandma's and Papa's to celebrate. And because Mommy was still sick, Grandma got her a Hello Kitty cake which she loved!
I am a Catholic, stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of five beautiful children and wife to a wonderful husband. If I had any free time I would love to crochet and sew. I also love to camp.
