Presents at Grandma and Papa's House

The Stockings

The stockings were quite full with stuff this year. Ben got Batman gloves, a Scooby-Doo activity book, a Mater and Lightening McQueen ornament, a cobra to paint, a slinky, a water bottle and lots of candy. Mia got a ton of Little Kitty stuff, a water bottle, a unicorn to color and lots of candy. Joe got an Elmo ornament, a slinky, a crocodile to paint, a water bottle, a train night light, and lots of candy.

Presents from Santa

Joe got from Santa a Sesame Street Playset with characters and a Wonder Pets Movie and Sticker book.

Mia got from Santa My Little Pony Gumball House and Hair Spa, a Bear's sweatshirt, and a My Little Pony Movie.

Ben got from Santa a skeleton kit, a Spiderman skateboard, and a pogo stick.

Before and After

This was the first time Mia slept with rollers in her hair. She was quite the trooper. And the results were well worth it. Below are the before and after pictures. Unfortunately, it is only good for one event. Her hair like mine does not like to hold a curl for long.

A Christmas Photo

Two Crazy Kids

Our Arizona Christmas

We opened presents from Arizona on Saturday. We try to spread out the Christmas joy! What a hit all the presents were!!! We love our snuggies and our V-tech! We washed our princess sheets today and were so happy our "princess friends" would be with us every night! The doll, the microscope and the trains were all loved. As well as the gifts for mom and dad. Below are some pictures as well as some video. Pause the video and let it completely load before playing. Thank you to all for such wonderful presents. (We saved Joe's Secret Santa gift for when we get together with the Naperville Towers.)

St. Nicholas

Our local Catholic book store had a visit from St. Nicholas on the day before his feast. He told them stories about his life and passed out a holy card and some chocolate coins. Just the four kids were there, my kids and other little boy.

Jack-O-Lantern Pictures

Here are our jack-o-lantern pictures.
I think the youngest one looks like his jack-o-lantern.

All Saint Day Costumes

For All Saint's Day, the kids were St. Francis of Assisi, Holy Mary, and a fireman.
They had lots of fun and got lots of candy!
