Here are some pictures I took on the couch of the kids. The last one was a metal relief of the one before it on a photoshop program. They are a lot bigger compared to a year ago.
My baby turned 2 today! He received a Spiderman shirt and socks from the oldest, Elmo k'nex from the middle one and a remote control car from us. As you'll see in the video he kept blowing up and therefore extinguishing the candle took quite a while.
ANDY WARHOL inspired: I liked the picture but it was too dark and I am not good at photo-shopping. So, I changed it to different colors.
The following are of the youngest in the bathroom. This is where we started taking pictures for the reflections. The middle child as Mary. I tried to mimic the picture on her mirror on purpose. I don't really like the tag from the leotard showing on her head. But she loved being "Mary". These are the outside shots. I remembered I had this mirror and pulled it down off the top of the china cabinet. It was very dusty and in one of the pictures it still is. I totally forgot about these... They look like I took a framed picture of the kids and photographed it. But it is really their reflection.
We had fun with this week's challenge. There were lots of fun pictures. This is the one that my husband's work voted on. It is certainly different. I love the way his body looks cut in half. Here is a link to my out-takes if you are interested. Check out I ♥ Faces for more great reflections. My out-takes of Reflections
Easter morning the kids got up between 7:30 and 8 am. The oldest receive a book called the Scrambled States of America and a Batman v-tech game. The middle child received a Doll House Sticker book and a Little Mermaid v-tech game. The youngest received a hopping bunny and chick and an Elmo color book. Then they looked for eggs and we dressed up in our Easter best and went to Mass.
I am a Catholic, stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of five beautiful children and wife to a wonderful husband. If I had any free time I would love to crochet and sew. I also love to camp.
